What are the sale hours? 

• Friday, August 1 (Early Access): 4pm-7pm
• Saturday, August 2 (Early Bird): 8am-8pm
• Saturday, August 2 (General Admission): 9am-8pm
• Saturday, August 2 (Half Price Early Access): 6:30pm-9pm
• Sunday, August 3 (General Admission Half Price): 8am-2pm

Where is the sale held? 
We are located at the Taylor County Fairgrounds in the Capital Farm Credit Display Building

How do I park close to the building? 

We recommend you enter at Gate 5 off of the Loop 322 Access Road. Once on the fairgrounds follow the signs to our building located between the Taylor Telecom Arena and the Big Country Hall. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are grateful if you can pay in cash, but also accept all major credit and debit cards as well as apple/google pay. Door admission can be paid in advance online or with cash or Venmo.

Are children allowed at the sale? 

Children are welcome all days of the sale, but we strongly recommend no children under the age of 10 on  Friday's Early Access times due to attendance. Everyone will need a ticket for Early Access shopping times. Children under 18 are free Saturday and Sunday and do not require a ticket. For their safety, children must remain at your side at ALL times. 

What is early access, and who is eligible to attend? 

Early access shopping is an opportunity to shop BEFORE we open for general admission. Early access tickets are required and are for sale to the public. Early access time vary by ticket chosen and are limited in number available. 

Does my Early Access ticket include the Half Price Early Access time too? 

Yes, all paid Early Access tickets for Friday and Early Bird ticket on Saturday includes the Half Price early access shopping time Saturday evening. Early Access tickets also include General Admission shopping times. Please see schedule and ticket information for more details. 

Can I bring a stroller, wagon, and my own shopping bags? 

Yes, these items are allowed. However, we reserve the right to tag your stroller, wagon, or bags on the way in and check them on the way out. 

Can Expecting Parents and Hometown Heroes shop the sale at a discount like before? 

Yes! Expectant parents and hometown heroes are welcome to purchase any ticket for early access shopping. Expectant parents and Hometown Heroes sign up to receive a special promo code to get a discounted or free ticket. Congratulations on your new little one and thank you for your service to our community! 

What is the 50% off sale? 

During the half-price times (see schedule above) most remaining items are marked for an additional half off their tagged price. Want to shop the Half-Price Early Access presale? Limited number of tickets available above. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the sale? 

No- you can show us your ticket on your phone or we can look you up by your name. 

I lost my ticket....how do I get another confirmation email? 

Your confirmation email will come from [email protected] so you can search your email for it. You can also send yourself a fresh email confirmation by using the link at the top of this page above the image. 

What is the refund policy? 

There are no refunds on paid tickets, but you can give them to a friend or family member. All merchandise purchased at the sale is FINAL, no returns or exchanges. 

Can I bring food or beverages to the sale? 

Sorry, per fairgrounds rules there are no food or beverages allowed in the building except water. 

How often does this sale happen? 

We host this community sale 2x a year, typically in March/April and August. 

Who shops the sales? 

Moms, dads, new and expecting parents, grandparents, teachers, and any family with children ages 0-18. 

Where do all the items come from?
